Four Layer Chocolate Pie (Chocolate Delight)

st Layer (Crust) ** 1 ½ sticks of butter—1/2 cup finely chopped pecans—1 ½ cups plain flour
Mix, spread & bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes in 9x13 baking dish. Let cool completely
2nd Layer ** 8-ounce cream cheese—One regular container Cool Whip—One cup powdered sugar
Mix & spread over 1st layer
3rd Layer ** Two packages Instant Chocolate Pudding
Prepare per directions and spread over 2nd layer
4th Layer ** One container Cool Whip—1 cup chopped pecans
Spread Cool Whip over 3rd layer and sprinkle with pecans
