We ship from our latest crop of pecans.

Shipments from November through February are not frozen. Any shipments from March to early October will be shipped frozen. Expect thawing in shipping. This is not a problem and won’t affect quality or taste. Just put back in the freezer when your shipment arrives and take out as needed.

Pecans are recognized as heart-healthy by the American Heart Association. They contain a large number of antioxidants and no trans-fat.

Raw pecans are naturally gluten free.

When combined with a healthy diet, pecans may help increase metabolism and enhance satiety, making dieters feel full. They also contain very few carbohydrates and no cholesterol.

Pecans can be stored at room temperature for four months from harvest.

Refrigerating pecans will extend and preserve the flavor for up to six months.

Pecans can be frozen for two years or longer without losing any quality or taste.

Pecans can safely be eaten raw.

We are currently shipping Desirable and Schley varieties. Both are easy to crack and very flavorful.
